AdBuilder.com Co-op realm…access to all aspects of the co-op realm from the online Recas database with links to manufacturer web resources, manufacturer ad warehouse, special section covers with editorial, and more. Site will also be opened to functionality of direct fax or e-mail accrual submission to manufacturers, tailored with the AdBuilder proposal generator and regularly e-mailed Recas Co-op Sales Leads.

Recas Co-op Database software…repository software for local advertiser information, accrual research, memo billing capacity, manufacturer and distributor sales rep contact info, calendaring functions, and many report generation options. Software comes bundled with unlimited accrual research calls from MultiAd on behalf of the media and the local retailer. Software licensed for use on one central workstation for purposes of developing one central database of co-op advertising activity.

Creator 7 Desktop Ad Production software…a basic version of MultiAd’s ad production software for purposes of manipulating available manufacturer ad materials related to the co-op programs in the AdBuilder database. Export options include CIF, EPS, JPG, and PDF file formats to correspond with existing workflow operations.

Recas Access Networking BBS…connectivity through AdBuilder.com to the Access network opens a channel from your publication to all other subscribers of Recas across the nation for puposes of networking and idea sharing to build local revenue. Connections set based on Recas User ID and open for upload and/or download of materials.

Recas Program Training and Support...an online training session is scheduled at the convenience of the local user(s) to familiarize them with the toolset available to build new business revenue through co-op advertising and other MultiAd Builder products. On an ongoing basis, the subscriber has access to a dedicated account manger to assist in the day-to-day operations of the co-op department.

Recas/Co-op Advertising Sales Basic Training...on-site one day training session working on the essentials of the Recas development program in a hands-on envrionment. Training may be structured based on the needs of the subscriber to include full coordinator training, retailer sales calls, staff traning sessions, or group retailer meetings.
