-How does the Recas software assist me in helping my retailers receive their advertising reimbursement?

Recas 7 allows you to assist your retailers to obtain the quickest reimbursement possible by supplying them with all the necessary paperwork that is included with the Recas claiming service. With the Recas 7 software, you can supply your advertisers and manufacturers with either paper or electronic invoices (E-claims). Recas 7's new electronic claiming functionality enables users to produce electronic invoices and e-mail them directly to both the manufacturer and retailer. This E-claim includes the corresponding proof of performance electronically which expedites the claiming process and gets your retailer their reimbursement faster!

-May I import data into Recas 7 from a front-end accounting sytem? Can I export the data back out of Recas 7 if needed?

Yes. A new import/export option is now available in Recas 7. This new feature allows you to track and manage local co-op advertising activity without having to re-enter data from existing systems.

-I have multiple users, such as sales reps and accounting staff, who need me to share the Recas data with them. How can I do this?

The answer is simple- Recas Server. Recas Server contains all of the features of Recas 7 Desktop but is available to you in a multi-user format.

-Will Recas 7 work on both Mac and Windows systems?

Yes. Recas 7 is offered in a cross-platform format.

-Does the Recas 7 service offer training services or information related to getting started in co-op?

Yes. We offer the most in-depth co-op training in the industry! Whether on the phone or in person, our Recas training staff will assure that you and your advertising staff get started on the right foot.
